This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the refund position for the service's digital-only offerings.

1. Nature of the service

All services are digital in nature

  • Payments may be made for subscriptions, credits, premium features, assisted-service access, profile-related services, or other account-linked digital benefits.
  • These services may activate immediately or reserve account-linked platform capacity.
  • Digital purchases are therefore treated differently from physical-goods sales.

2. Cancellation policy

Successful digital purchases cannot be cancelled

  • Once a payment is successfully processed, the order is treated as final.
  • Users cannot request cancellation based on change of mind, later non-use, or incomplete profile steps after purchase.
  • If a payment attempt does not complete successfully, the transaction is treated according to the payment status recorded by the platform and payment provider.

3. Refund policy

No refunds are entertained for successful payments

  • No refunds, reversals, or partial refunds are provided merely because a user changed their mind after purchase.
  • No refunds are provided because a user did not use the purchased feature in time, expected more matches or faster responses, or received no response or a negative response.
  • No refunds are provided because assisted support did not lead to engagement or marriage.
  • No refunds are provided where the user's profile was rejected, restricted, blocked, suspended, or removed due to false information, abuse, fraud, or policy violation.

4. Duplicate, failed, or technical payment situations

Status checks may lead to account correction, not a refund right

  • The platform may review payment status when a technical problem is reported, but this does not create a refund entitlement.
  • Where a payment issue is verified, the platform may confirm that the payment failed, restore or reapply the intended digital benefit, correct entitlement or transaction state, or advise the user to wait for an automatic reversal from the bank or payment network.
  • The default remedy is correcting the digital account status, not issuing a refund.

5. No refund for service outcomes

Service results are not guaranteed and do not create refund rights

  • Low number of visible profiles, no suitable profiles at a given time, or no response from shortlisted or contacted profiles are not valid refund grounds.
  • Negative responses, family disagreement, personal preference changes, or a marriage not proceeding are not valid refund grounds.
  • Delay in profile approval within a reasonable operational time or optional Government ID verification not being completed by the user is also not a valid refund ground.

6-8. Misuse, pricing, and disputes

Fraud, misuse, taxes, and chargeback handling

  • No refund or cancellation is provided where the account or transaction involves fake or misleading identity details, impersonation misuse, abusive or unlawful conduct, payment abuse, coupon misuse, or deliberate chargeback misuse.
  • Applicable taxes, including GST where required, may be charged on eligible purchases, and later pricing changes do not create a refund right for completed payments.
  • Improper chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account restriction, suspension of paid features, fraud review, and dispute contest using transaction, entitlement, login, and usage records.
